In order to use images from your patients’ or clients’, you will need formal and written consent to do this.

The consent needs to be clear and indicate how their images may be used.

It is the responsibility of the individual practitioner/service provider to ensure that their documentation is updated and compliant with law.

You will need to give a copy of the consent to the parent/legal caregiver, and keep a copy of the consent for your own records too.
